Our stay was fantastic! The kids loved the close proximity to the tram and Southern Cross station, making it a breeze to explore the city. The welcoming bar area was perfect for winding down in the evening with a nice drink after a long day.
In my wife's opinion, the noise from the street made it tough for the kids to sleep peacefully.

I found this hotel perfectly situated right across from Spencer St Station. The location made my travel super convenient, with trams and shops nearby. My room had ample space and was clean, which I really appreciated. The reception staff were notably friendly and accommodating to all my requests. I loved having Woolworths just a short walk away for quick food options. However, I noticed they didn't provide enough towels for two people to be comfortable. The coffee quality was disappointing, and I would have preferred fresh milk for my drinks. The sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as I hoped for a quieter experience. Nonetheless, the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and inviting, making it an easy choice for my next stay.
